Third Party Logistics for the Repair and Overhaul of the P-8A Poseidon

S&K Aerospace provides for the repair, overhaul, and upgrade of 361 parts used on the P-8A Poseidon. The contract is in direct support of the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), which provides program and supply support for Navy, Marine Corp, and Joint and Allied Forces weapon systems.

The P-8A Poseidon is a military derivative of the Boeing 737 and serves as a long-range maritime patrol aircraft with advanced mission systems. It features an active multi-static and passive acoustic sensor system, inverse synthetic aperture radar, new electronic support measures system, new electro-optical/infrared sensor, and a digital magnetic anomaly detector.

S&K Aerospace furnishes all labor, material, and facilities as required to repair, upgrade, and overhaul the ordered quantities of P-8A spare repairable assemblies.
